1.5 CONTENT SUBMITTED BY FEATURED INDIVIDUALS
Individuals featured on this Site, including athletes and subjects of Among Fighters documentary content, may supply their own photos, videos, or other media for display on their character pages or elsewhere on this Site.
When a featured individual supplies their own media, they retain full ownership of that content. Among Fighters has been given permission to display that media on this Site for the purpose of representing that individual within the Among Fighters platform. That permission does not transfer ownership to Among Fighters, and it does not grant any third party the right to use, reproduce, download, or distribute that media.
If you wish to use any media supplied by a featured individual — including photos or videos displayed on their character page — you must obtain permission directly from that individual. Among Fighters cannot grant permission for media it does not own.

2.2 All editorial decisions — including what content is published, how subjects are portrayed, what footage is used, and what is written about any person or organization — are made exclusively by Among Fighters.
2.3 Individuals and organizations featured in Among Fighters content do not control, direct, or have approval rights over that content unless a specific written agreement specifically granting such approval rights is signed by both parties.
2.4 Placement or mention of any individual, organization, or brand on any Among Fighters property — including this Site and all Among Fighters social media channels and platforms — is editorial content controlled by Among Fighters and is not available for sale, trade, or inclusion in any commercial arrangement Subject enters into with third parties. The existence of other Fischer Studios properties does not create any affiliation, cross-endorsement, or shared liability between those properties and Among Fighters. Among Fighters operates independently under its own editorial identity and these Terms apply solely to Among Fighters and amongfighters.com.
References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Among Fighters as operated by Fischer Studios, a California sole proprietorship. Inquiries specific to Fischer Studios as the umbrella entity may be directed to media@amongfighters.com.
